Baccarat and Alain Ducasse together unveiled the new Ducasse Baccarat proposal at the Maison Baccarat in Paris 16th. Interview with the chef, who shares his vision of gastronomy and tells us about this place of experiences, moments in life and unexpected encounters where art and craftsmanship meet.


Both chef and creator, Alain Ducasse is an aesthete, a craftsman of good living and good eating. As well as designing the dishes in his restaurants, he is involved in the scenography of the arts of the table, while leaving chefs free to express their own interpretation of the place and its editorial line.
