NAHATÉ Dubai is a glamorous family-run restaurant and club created by Sam Florentsev and Jenya Makeeva. It embodies the atmosphere of your best friend's luxury apartment, where everything is filled with beauty, love, and care. Located at the heart of gastronomy and nightlife in Dubai, on the Podium Level at DIFC, it opens daily from 6 PM onwards for dinners and parties. For the first time ever, guests can enjoy access to the Baccarat chef's table, cocktails, and the Jacob & Co. private lounge, thanks to a collaboration with two famous Maisons.
An evening at NAHATÉ begins at the bar with a cocktail or a glass of champagne from the bar menu created by mixologist Andrey Bolshakov. He has crafted four Baccarat-inspired cocktails in crystal glasses, each reflecting the brand universe. Drinks are followed by dinner prepared by Executive Chef Daniel Baratier in tandem with Chef Pâtissier, Yazid Ichemrahen, the youngest world champion, who also serves as a Brand Chef. In the background, the soothing sound of a tinkling piano accompanies you throughout the evening. As midnight approaches, the atmosphere transforms into a glamorous party.
French Maison Baccarat co-created with NAHATÉ Dubai its first-ever Chef's Table. Imagine a magnificent crystal Zenith chandelier that forms the centerpiece of the main restaurant room, hanging over a mirrored red table adorned with Baccarat collections embodying its art de la table. The much-coveted Chef's table serves a 5-course set menu with bespoke desserts by Chef Yazid.
