What should I do if the item I ordered was damaged during transport?

Whenever possible, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging as well as the items upon delivery. They can express the reservations and complaints they consider necessary, or even refuse the parcel, in particular when it was obviously damaged during delivery. We recommend that you take pictures of the package before opening it if it is damaged. The reservations and claims must be indicated both to the delivery person, and to the carrier within ten working days following the delivery date of the products.
