You will find below the available shipping methods:
- Standard : 3 to 7 working days
- Express : 24h or 48h (only available in select countries)
- In store : 2 to 4 working days (free of charge and only available in France).

The delivery cost is calculated based on the amount of the order and the chosen delivery method. For more details, please consult Article 8 of our Terms and Conditions.

In order to receive your purchases before Christmas, we recommend ordering on December 19th at the latest.

The total amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships.
Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. Card payments are authenticated via the 3D Secure payment system.
You can pay with Klarna in instalments, or in 30 days depending on the eligible countries.

You have a period of 14 days to make a return request from the reception date of your package, 30 days to make an exchange request.
