Baccarat and renowned Hong Kong designer Steve Leung present the Limited-Edition “Printemps Bleu” Zenith chandelier, where Crystal Meets Porcelain, commemorating 60 Years of Sino-French Relations.
A convergence of craftsmanship, innovation and culture, the Printemps Bleu Zenith chandelier combines the ancestral skills of Chinese and French porcelain with Baccarat’s mastery of crystal creation in a union of two noble materials. Fusing French elegance and Chinese serenity, designer Steve Leung was inspired by a 19th-century Baccarat archive motif and Qinghua Ci, Chinese blue and white pottery.
“Both our countries have a long-standing appreciation for art and literature: I believe this design collaboration is the perfect way to celebrate our mutual understanding and appreciation of each other’s heritage and creativity, especially on the 60th anniversary of Sino-French friendship.”

Printemps Bleu, which translates to “Blue Spring”, is an ode to the beauty of nature featuring pieces adorned with subtle motifs of swallows, flowers and butterflies in a cobalt hue. The collection celebrates the complementarity of opposites reflected by the Chinese notion of Yin-yang, where crystal-porcelain, blue-white, France-China, and Western-Eastern appear distinct yet find harmonious equilibrium.
