7 oz sugar
1 ¾ cup ground coffee
1 star anise
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch cardamom
3 - 4 cloves

5 cucumber slices
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
1 ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 oz "Ghost of Mary" tomato consommé*
¹/³ oz oz simple syrup
a dash of soy sauce
15-20 ice cubes
3 oz soda water
garnish: black sesame seeds
Add three of the cucumber slices, the sesame oil, "Ghost of Mary", and lemon juice to a shaker.
Muddle before adding the simple syrup, a dash of soy sauce, and half of the ice cubes to the mix.
