DRY MARTINI

in the Baccarat Passion Martini glass

5 cl gin

1 cl dry white vermouth

1 dash of fresh lemon juice

garnish: zest of one lemon

In a shaker, mix the ingredients with ice. Serve straight up (filtering the ice) in a chilled Passion Martini glass. Add lemon zest for a final touch.
