- Express : 24h or 48h (only available in select countries)
- In store : 2 to 4 working days (free of charge and only available in France).

You have a period of 14 days to make a return request from the reception date of your package, 30 days to make an exchange request.

Each product is delivered in a Baccarat red box bowed with white ribbon and accompanied by a gift bag. When placing your order, you will also be able to write the message of your choice on a gift card.
