1 oz dry gin
1 oz gentian liqueur
1/3 oz Fino Sherry
2/3 oz dry vermouth

In the Baccarat Everyday Gloria tumbler
1/2 oz Japanese whisky
2/3 oz Oloroso Sherry
½ oz nori syrup*
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Soda water
Garnish: caramelized nori sheet**
*Nori syrup:
1 cup water + 5 drops saline solution
1 cup sugar
1 nori leaf
0,7 oz miso paste
In a pan, place the nori leaf in water and make it boil. When boiling, reduce the heat and add the sugar, the miso paste and stir until dissolved (you can leave a little longer to increase the nori flavor). Filter with a cheese clothe.
**For the garnish, put the nori sheet 3 minutes in the oven to make it caramelized.
Cut in pieces while it’s still warm and let it cool.
Add all the ingredients (except the soda water) to the chilled Baccarat Everyday Gloria tumbler over ice. Gently stir and top with soda water. Garnish with the caramelized nori sheet. Enjoy.

*Infuse coffee beans in vodka for 24 hours and strain.

NAKED COLADA
In the Baccarat Everyday Lucia tumbler
1 1/2 oz coconut "fat washed" white rum*
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 guava
A spritz of green chartreuse
Garnish: lime slice
*Coconut “fat-whashed” rum
5 oz white rum
1/8 cup coconut oil
Add the liquid coconut oil to a jar with rum.
Stir and let infuse for 12 hours at room temperature.
Place in the freezer to let the coconut oil layer separate. When the coconut oil layer is solid, poke a hole through the coconut oil. Pour rum out of the jar through the hole.
Scoop the guava into a shaker. Muddle well.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the shaker and shake.
Double strain and fine mesh strainer into the Baccarat Everyday Lucia tumbler.
Spritz with green chartreuse.
Garnish with lime slice.

1.5 oz. vodka
4 oz. "Ghost of Mary" tomato consommé*
Fresh ground pepper
1 to 2 dashes Tabasco
1 dash of soy sauce infused with Kombu
Garnish: smokey bacon
* Combine all ingredients with water and bring to a boil: 6 tomatoes minced, 4 cloves garlic, 1/4 white onion, 1 tsp cumin oil, 1 red bell pepper, 2 tsp. celery salt, 1 tsp. smoked salt, 3 celery sticks, 3 jalapeños chopped, 1 lemon chopped, 3/4 cup white wine vinegar.
Add seasoning and herbs, parsley and thyme and reduce to a simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Run consommé through filter three times to remove all pulp and seasoning.
Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into the Baccarat Everyday Tiara tumbler over fresh ice.
Garnish with smokey bacon.
