What should I do if my order is damaged during transport?

We recommend the customer to check the condition of the packaging as well as the items upon delivery.
You may issue a complaint or refuse the parcel if your item appears to be damaged with delivery. Please take photo evidence of any damage and contact our Customer Service team via the Contact Us section to help open a claim. The claims must be addressed to the carrier within ten working days, which follow the delivery date of the products.
